THE MONTE CARLO WAS MORE THAN I EXPECTED, THE WHOLE PLACE IS AWSOME. THE ROOM WAS OVER THE TOP, WE GOT THE SPA ROOM, 22ND FLOOR OVERLOOKING THE STRIP. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

The only issue I had with the Monte Carlo was the long line at check in. There were approximately 30 people in a line that was almost out the door and only 2 staff members checking in guest. This made for a long wait and unhappy hotel guest who were complaining to each other that this was totally unnecessary.

The bathroom was showing a need for work; however, it was ok - not to say it was bad. I enjoyed the array of restaurants on the property and especially like sitting at the bar in The Pub where the bartenders will knowingly fit you out with good beer from over 300 labels and a very good burger. The range of games offered in the casino were excellant and it has a comfortable sports book area. Recommend.

nice staff....girls at pool could smile at customers at least once
10/03/2012Hated pool area....chairs stiff against each other like a row of train tracks couldn't budge to move...very impersonal...music loud but volume not problem....one song over ...
hated pool area....chairs stiff against each other like a row of train tracks couldn't budge to move...very impersonal...music loud but volume not problem....one song over and over and over and over again for 4 days!!! waitresses didn't come around enough...most people had to go to counter to get food or drinks...pool area real important to my husband and myself if that was good we would have rated it excellent
