My boyfriend and I just want to say that this was our first trip to Vegas and we're so happy we stayed at the Monte Carlo! The service, food, restaurants, casino and shopping were amazing! Everything we asked was quickly taken care or felt with and it was much appreciated! Again, for our first trip we were very happy and comfortable with the choice of the Monte Carlo. Also we would recommend his hotel to anyone and would stay there again! Thanks again!

This hotel was recommended to us as being one of the best in Vegas. However, when we arrived our first hotel room had a dirty showerhead with lime and mildew on it. When we asked for another room this one had the same problem along with a broken TV set and faulty lamp. The next room they moved us to again had the showerhead issue in addition to a broken toilet knob, missing full length mirror, broken ceiling light, and a defective thermostat. It got to the point where we just called it quits with the changing the rooms and stayed in the last one, since it seemed every room they put us in had an issue. The staff was very nice and apologetic to us regarding our issues but the overall experience was bad, including us finding hair in our food when we went to their buffet for breakfast. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The first room we were in had urine in the carpet and the desk manager dismissed my complaints and stated housekeeping just shampooed that spot. Well needless to say we smelled urine all night. Well shift change and there was a worker named Eric that took care of us right away no problems or excuses. He moved us into a nice fresh and clean room. Hats off to Eric!!!!

Went here to get married stayed in a suite, planned on only staying 5 days wound up extending my stay to 10 days. Very nice hotel, ran into some confusion but front desk eventually made sure everything was corrected. Only downfall you pay extra $20 per day for hotel expenses but internet is not in rooms.

The hotel was close to everything. Tram to Bellagio was very helpful. The room was clean, quiet,and up to date. There was internet access thru the TV. Price was good. Great food court for quick breakfast and snacks.
