Great location, great staff, love the food court, nice you dont have to walk 100 miles just to get from the hotel room to the main casino. Great staff, clean rooms. The hotel is a bit tired, but nothing that would deter me from staying there again!

Unbelievably warm and welcoming

I have stayed at the Monte Carlo before and had another great stay! I want to give a big shout out to Renchie from Concierge and Bri from the Hit lounge. Renchie managed to get us an amazing deal on Terry Fatore tickets, after another Monte Carlo staff member said she couldn't get any discounts and we should try The Mirage. Renchie was very polite and accommodating! Thanks Renchie! Bri was our waitress in the Hit Lounge all 5 nights of our stay. They ran out of the Brandy we we're drinking on the 3rd night and rather than offer us the only other brandy they had at $30 a drink, she went round every bar in the casino to find us a bottle. No other bar had any so she got the manger involved and fixed our problem of no brandy! She was so warm and accommodating. On our last night she made our trip memorable by agreeing to leave a small heart ornament we'd brought with us, on the shelf next to the Brandy bottle, in memory of our loved one who died this year. This was the first trip to Vegas without him in nearly 15 years. When we all teared up she brought us tissues and gave a big hug to the widow. Bri, thanks again. We'll be back to visit you, and our heart!
