My husband and I met a group of friends in Vegas and we loved staying at the Monte Carlo. It was beautiful, quiet and so convenient to walking to the places we wanted to see. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a quiet place to sleep in a super comfortable bed with great views of the strip. We are very happy with the Monte Carlo and are already planning our next trip!

It's located in the middle of the strip so it's close to pretty much everything. The pool is really nice and a great way to spend the day before heading out at night. There is a great bar right outside of Monte Carlo called Diablo's...check it out but get there early! They fill up fast. I would definitely recommend this hotel! I have been to Vegas many times and this is one of my favorite places to stay!

Right off the bat I checked in and had extra resort fees charged to my room for whatever reason. Wasnt too happy about that, but what can you do. The room was clean and tidy which is most important, and it even had an LCD television. The mexican resturant attached to the hotel was good but pricey. I liked the location of the hotel on the strip. All in all, pretty good stay!

This was my frist stay at the Monte Carlo and such a refreshing change from my usual hotel on the strip. The resterants are superior and the size of the gaming area larger and the staff is freindlier and the standard room seems bigger HOWEVER there are 2 items that I took notice/offense to. 1, The strip view premimum you pay is wasted money. Due to the shape of the Monte Carlo, you can bascially see only across the street. 2, Housekeeping was questionable. We arrived at noon on saturday and told the room be ready at 3pm. We had a few drinks and lunch and gambled for a few hours and went to our room at 5pm. To our horror, the room was an absolute pigsty with dozens of dirty towels, vomit, overflowing trash cans and stripped and overturned beds. Seemed it was remains of a out of control bachlors party and it was PAST 5pm and the housekeeping never touched the room. I called up the front desk in a rage and they asked to come to the front desk and they will take care if it. On our way to the elevator, I saw the housekeeper chatting happily on her cellphone while we had no beds to rest in ,even tho we checked in 5hr earlier. I was so upset, I was shouting at the staff but my freind stepped in and defused the situation and the registeratration lady give us 2 free passes the buffet and another room tho it was non-smoking room but the buffet was the best I ever had and well worth the inconvience of not having to smoke in the room. Recommend this hotel otherwise but ask for extra like a free buffet taxi vouchers/discounted rooms or promotional gaming chips if your expectations are not met.

The Monte Carlo was a wonderful htel. Great for our first tme in Vegas. The location was great. All the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were delicious! Our room was always very clean and we never second guessed anythng. Would defintely stay there again!
