First room was a mess (dirty window, dirty mirror, stained bed sheets, dirty floor) when we showed up. The hotel immediately gave us another room on the same floor. That room was clean and a decent view. Found out the bathroom bath tub was clogged during first shower. Hotel had it immediately fixed. TV was broke. There's a good variety of fast food and sit down restaurants. A club I didn't visit. The staff was annoying at times pushing their club and drinks at one restaurant. Would much rather they provide a set of coupons for their patrons than hit up random people walking through the casino. Overall, staff was friendly and we enjoyed our trip their.

I've been to Las Vegas 4 times and stayed at the Monte Carlo every time. I wll stay there in the future if I ever go again. The hotel is very clean, I've eaten in most of the restaurants and they were all excellent. The casino is clean and has an upbeat atmosphere to it because of the music and entertainment. It is close to a lot of other things to do within walking distance.
