The hotel fee is decent but do not have breakfast at this hotel! The free breakfast you get from the other hotels are 10 times better than the breakfast they serve here. They charged me $42.00 for three of us just had grits and eggs, a sausage and rotten bananas!

My family visited Atlanta during our spring break. We were in town to see the Opening Day of baseball. The weather was great and the Doubletree was a great place to stay. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was a great value. When visiting downtown Atlanta we drove and rode the train. The commuter train station was not far away and traveling was quite easy. We felt safe and comfortable at this hotel. I would recommend this to a friend.

The employees were pleasant and helpful. The room was small but fittings and furnishings were tasteful and up-to-date and the bed was very comfortable; nice TV in the room. Room service was prompt and the food was good. My biggest objection to this property was its nearness to a freeway that is busy nearly 24 hours, so there was a lot of traffic noise, even on an upper floor. Also, the public areas were a little tacky and dated looking and smelled like room deodorizer. Nonetheless, it was a good value for the money.

I think my title says it all. Very poor front desk personnel. Need to address smiling more and being pleasant to every guest that visit that hotel. Front desk was not very friendly at all. Will not visit this hotel again.I hated paying for the service I had just received. Customer services skills never hurt anyone; especially when you are working with the public. I know some customers are difficuit, but do not blame all of us.
