Four Seasons excels at service. The concierage staff is attentive and excellent. Every recommendation was wothwhile. The hotel is centrally lcoated in the business district, and also close to shopping and the art museum. The rooms are well-appointed and super-comfortable. The hotel moved away from charging for internet service as of September 1, which is much appreciated. I highly recommend the restaurant as well. Great bartender/mixologist, and wonderful fresh fish.

This was our first Four Season experience and it did not disappoint. The service was fantastic! Staff was very helpful and kind, and obviously went out of their way not only to help, but to remember us. Vancouver is our favorite city and this hotel is a great place to stay when you're there. The location was great too. . .everything was walkable. Definitely recommend it!
