This Hotel is the equivalent of a pay by the hour Motel you would find in the prostitution district of a slum town. The room was very unwelcoming and was so small it made you feel claustrophobic. Your money and cleanliness is better spent somewhere else.

This is an all around great place. Great view great staff. But they have to resolve their wifi internet issue, it is horrible connection and drops constantly. This TVs do not accept HDMI plugs because that is disabled.

This hotel has horrible and borderline inoperable wifi internet. They seriously need to restructure their wifi login setup and boost signal also. Sad because overall this is a nice hotel with great views. Another negative is the HDMI inputs on the TV are disabled so you cannot connect any devices to the 32 inch tvs.

Hotel Max is a little more advant-garde than I normally like but the location is excellent, especially for the price. Very nice neighborhood and extremely convenient to Pacific Place, the monorail to Seattle Center, and bus/trolley routes to the rest of the city. Wanted a centrally located hotel for two days of whirlwind siteseeing after attending meetings in Redmond and Hotel Max was perfect. Room was small but clean and nicely decorated. Would have been cramped for two people to move around I suppose, but very comfortable for unwinding an hour or two before bed. Decor is cool with blown up photots on all the room doors, so kind of neat to just wander the hallways and check them out. Staff was pleasant and efficient - droped my bags off about 8:00AM then went siteseeing for the day and they called when the room was ready as promised. Only complaint is the wi-fi was very, very slow and a bit erratic. Hotel would not have been a great choice if I had needed to work, but for a pleasure trip I highly recommend it.
