Beautiful rooms. Service in all areas was lacking, in our experience. 45 minute wait to check in when we arrived at 11:15 a.m. (yes, I know this was early check-in, but some of the people handing out water or monitoring the length of the line would have been better put to use at one of the many closed check-in windows). I was given comp aquarium tickets, when I requested them, for my inconvenience. Wait staff was slow in the several restaurants we visited. 4 people chatting about customers at the hostess desk at the pool grill, while customers were waiting for tables to be bussed? My teens LOVED the pools. Landscaping for shade is woefully insufficient. Resort fee is simply a way to generate money - we used internet once in one of our 2 rooms. That was the extent of our benefit for the $150 we paid. Overall, we liked the hotel, but for the price, I expected more and will probably stay closer to the central part of the strip next time.

This is the best hotel I have stayed at so far in Vegas. My 16 yr old daughter and I had a blast laying in the sun at the awesome wave pool and saw Gavin Degraw at the Beach Concert series. It was a fabulous venue for a concert. I am definetly staying there again soon!

overall this was great place, but I wish the pools would have stayed open longer. they close at 7pm. till 9pm or 10pm would have been great. pool gets very crowded at 8am and till closing. large selection of places to eat, buffet was ok.

This hotel, like most of the hotels on the strip, was so crowded. From the check in lines, to the swimming pools, to the restaurants, we felt like we were in an ant farm. There were so many people in the wave pool, you had to swim out deep just to get away from a potential collision. The lazy river was short and too crowded. You had to watch over people like vultures to get a chair at the pool. They had a $50 cover for the adult pool. Waiting at the elevators was crazy. I swear they only ran 3 out of 8 elevators. The room was comfortable and quiet and we had a really great view of the strip and the mountains. If I ever go back, I would stay at a boutique hotel off the strip.
