Everything about the Mandalay Bay Resort was first rate- from check in to check out! The hotel is beautiful and luxurious! Our room was clean and well maintained, with a nice large bathroom, plenty of closet space and beds that were heavenly to sleep on! The front desk and concierge staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. Didn't get to use the outdoor pools, as it was early December, but the view of them from our room was spectacular! All in all, a very memorable stay at a magnificent resort! We would definitely stay there again and would recommend Mandalay Bay to anyone looking for superb quality at an affordable price!

Mandalay Bay was a wonderful, all inclusive hotel, with many restaurants and shopping experiences. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous our entire stay and we will definitely be going back to Mandalay Bay in the near future. Our children absolutely loved the Shark Reef Aquarium! The rooms were clean, quiet and the perfect "getaway" at the end of the day to relax and recharge for a night out on the town.

We arrived on Christmas morning and our room was ready. Staff was friendly and the room was awesome. With the use of the free tram, getting to the heart of the strip was easy. The hotel is a great place to stay. Restaurants were affordable and the food was good.

the resort fees that this hotel makes mandatory change the price to being reasonable to absolutely unreasonable. they try to push it on you by saying it saves you money but no one actually uses the coupons because they're rip offs. I will not stay here again.
