This was really a great hotel, all staff members were kind and curtious! There was an issue with our room, we were on a smoking floor and we do not smoke but that problem was quickly taken care of and we were moved to a non smoking floor!

Hotel/resort was overwhelmed with cowboys/marathoners/ and moonwalkers for the Rock n Roll half and full Marathon, a Rodeo and a Michael Jackson Fan Fest to the point of being unsafe. Places ran out of food and the elevators were almost non functioning due to demand. The poorly run and organized marathon contributed to most of the grid lock on the elevators and the near panic filled crowds not able to move in the hall ways from the convention center to the casino area. Truly a frightening experience.
