I am a smoker but I have NEVER stayed in a smoking room that STUNK as bad as this room. Everything you touched was sticky with smoke film. You could see it dripping off the bathroom walls with the heat/ steam of the shower. The curtains and walls were all stained. Also, we were given a room that had an adjoining room that was full of ROWDY, NOISY all night parties.

Beer was $9 per bottle and a glass of Wine was $7-9 per glass.We walkedd next door to the Hotel or the store across the highway to eat. We also took the bus, $7 for a 24 hour pass, down the strip to eat and buy beer for our room. Very expensive stay.

For being a four star hotel i was very disappointed. The room was filthy,the carpet was stained and dirty and there was hair on the pillow.I requested another room and they never moved us,they kept saying the other room wasn't ready yet. The service at this hotel was awful. I would suggest you look at different hotels. I read the reviews on this site and thought it would be a nice hotel. It was a beautiful looking hotel but very dirty. As far as the casino,don't even bother. I had trouble with one of the machines and after 3 calls to the manager,waiting 45 minutes, and finally threatened to go to another casino someone did show up and it wasn't because they were busy. this was 7 in the morning and if you want a drink while you play,forget it, we had to go next door to the luxor to get a drink
