This accomodation was a major disappointment.The rooms are very small and not air-conditioned making the rooms hot and airless. The reception area does not really exist. They have tables set up in it for meals and it is dark and dingy. The halls are a rabbit warren of twists and turns. You have to pay extra for everything. Five pounds for putting valuables away. Ten extra pounds a day for either of the two rooms that have airconditioning.The hotel is in Earl's Court section, not So. Kennsington. It was altogether a dreadful experience.

Definitely feels like a 2-star not 3-star hotel. No internet connection in rooms, minimal levels of service, room and bathroom (only shower stall) are very, very, very small. And while I was there they had lots of construction going on.

The location of this hotel is great, practically across the street from the underground. Lots of restaurants and food stores nearby. Friendly staff. The bathroom was completely remodeled. Room is small but clean, with nice large wardrobe.Located on quiet street.
