Not at all what I expected. The location was good and close to the highway and target and Wendy's. But service was horrible housekeeping didn't come to our in 3 days which was very unsanitary. The elevator was very poorly kept and the noise level outrageous. We would hear loud music or arguing at very early hours of the morning. I was not pleased and was disappoint being an out of towner.

This hotel was good for the money but don't expect anything over the top. The staff implied there was a continental breakfast and a 24 hour shuttle but this was false. Breakfast was on the skimpy side and it cost $12 a person. Shuttle only runs until 11 pm. The staff were friendly enough and the rooms were clean but everything is older and falling apart slightly. Would stay again for the value.

The room was great, but the view left a little to be desired (the ugliness of a roof one story below us). The bathroom was outdated but everything worked fine and it was clean. The front entrance and lobby had a very modern touch to it with the decorating and was inviting. The hotel is aging a little and they are working on renovating certain parts, but in all -- I liked it and enjoyed my stay there.

The rooms are over priced. They are in the middle of a remodel and I would be ashamed of the work done. The bathroom had a bad tile job. They replaced the shower curtain with a piece of glass. It only went halfway, so water goes all over the floor. The toilet seat was broken and the old caulk was still on the floor where it was resealed. The shower walls had dried soap scum on them, not sure it was clean. The wallpaper in the room had dried glue all over it. The carpet was not put down well. Didn't eat there , the prices where crazy (high),and they have the nerve to charge to park in their parking lot. The one good thing they have going for them, is the employees. The front desk, door greeter and shuttle drivers are the ones that made my trip a little better.

I would have preferred a room with an Uptown city view and not the building next door and the interstate. I will ask next time. (?) Renovations in bar, so be careful of the hardwood flooring. Some of the boards are curling up.
