Downtown Boston hotels are expensive, and while this one was less expensive than most others, I did not feel that I got the service, room quality and amenities (airport shuttle, breakfast) that I paid for. On the other hand, the location is perfect for tourists which is the most important hotel ingredient in my opinion, so in that respect I definitely got what I paid for. Nothing about this hotel was bad, but the staff seemed overworked (especially the concierge) which rarely results in good service.

I went to the radisson for my brother's bachelor party. Being the best man, I booked rooms for 18 people and upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly concierge. She told me that she could take a list with all the names of everyone and their rooms so that if someone got separated in the night as we went around Boston, they could go to the desk and get a key for their room at no charge. I was amazed because it was her suggestion, not mine, great service. The rooms were very clean and have sleep number beds. These are comfortable, but my recommendation on them is to test your comfort level prior to going out for the night, some people woke up with sore backs because they did not know what to set their bed to. 1 warning, breakfast is expensive, good, but expensive.

From the moment I walked into the hotel I felt like I was at home! I had a fantastic view of the city of Boston from one of the biggest rooms I've ever stayed in! The bathrooom was in perfect condition! The most impressive part of my stay was the housekeeping! On the second day of my stay when I returned to my room, I was so impressed with how immaculate it was. All of my cosmetics and accutriments were organized so neatly next to the sink. I did order room service a couple of times, and they gave me a quick accurate time of when they would be arriving. The food was hot and cooked exactly to my ordering. I could not be happier with this hotel. I can't wait to come back here!
