The hotel was great. Located in the downtown/wall street area. We got in around midday so everyone was in the hustle and bustle of their 9-5 job but once 6 or so came around, it was completely dead and quiet which i loved. The hotel was towrds the lower part of manhattan away from all the madness which i loved because it was so accessible via subway and local bus and they ran throughout the night. Hotel itself was great, got greeted right when we walk in, helped us with the self checkin kiosk and a couple minutes later we were off to our rooms to relax for a bit from our long flight. Gym was good, only used once. Overrall hotel was good, good staff, good location.

Manhattan is expensive, but not on the weekends at the Club Quarters Wall Street. Because most of its customers are during the working week, we got a good deal on our stay. Unlike a lot of other bargain Manhattan hotels, the room was well sized, and everything was comfortable.

I really loved staying at this hotel. It promised me everything that I booked for. It was in a great location, literally a block away from the World Trade Center Memorial. Close to the Subway line, within walking distance and it's in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely come back and stay in this hotel. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. On our last day, our plane left at 7pm and we didn't want to carry our bags around during the day, so we were able to store them with the hotel with no fee. I really appreciated that. They offered a complimentary breakfast and had a restaurant attached to the hotel as well which was convenient if you didn't know where else to go to eat. Though the restaurant is a bit pricey. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. My only complaint was that the shower was just like a dorm shower...they didn't have a bathtub, it was just a shower curtain, so some water sprayed out onto the floor, but I really didn't mind so much. Overall it was a great experience. Also they have a business center with free printer, so since it was our first time there and we needed directions to a lot of places, it was nice to just look it up downstairs and print off directions we needed and the subway map.

The hotel's location is very convenient, walking distance to WTC, ferry terminals and wall street. It's just next to the subway. It provides free purified water. I will book this hotel again if I go back to Manhattan.
