  You asked for it. I thought I had seen rock bottom, but clearly I had not. This was so bad that my twelve year olds said " tell them it was a stink hole". Mold, no AC, big bleach stains on the carpet, smoke from decades ago, and a charming greeting on the tv that said **** *** when you turned it on. Memorable.

  My 18 year old daughter and a friend stayed for one night. My daughter had breakfast at the hotel and got sick immediately. They are located 5 miles from San Jose Airport, and still did not offer free transportation to the airport.

  This hotel is in the perfect location for those going to a concert at the HP Pavillion. The dinner that was served was an added bonus, as was the kitchenette. There is one drawback on the location, it is situated on a busy road, so you get traffic noise if you are on that side of the hotel. But overall, we loved our two-night stay and would definately stay again if the opportunity presented itself. Not a great place for families as there is no pool.

  Our room was non-smoking, but it was evident from the odor that it had been a smoking room at one time. The room was on the street side and very noisy. They still have old single-paned windows. The jacuzzi tub/shower combination was hard to get in and out of. The location is a little tricky to find unless you know the area. If you want to take advantage of the free breakfast and dinner, get there early, as the food runs out and is not replenished.

  We had only 1 hand towel and no wash clothes. it took 3 phone calls, over two hours, and a talk with the manager before we were given wash clothes. ...

  We had only 1 hand towel and no wash clothes. It took 3 phone calls, over two hours, and a talk with the manager before we were given wash clothes. They could have cared less that we were inconvenienced.
