We were going to stay in this hotel, but as soon as we arrived there was a smell that was not appealing. We went ahead and checked in and when we got to our room, the door was wide open and there were shoeprints on the bathroom floor. The room was dirty and smelled awful. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel looked vacant when we drove up. This should have given us a clue as to the quality of the hotel. The pictures on the web site are missleading. In the pool area, the flooring was torn up, furniture was broken, the pool vent was all rusty and the pool heat was not turned on - the water was freezing. The room was not cleaned well, the carpet had dirt and crumbs in the corners, the furniture had rips and mysterious white stains. The bathroom had exposed wires under the sink and a used lotion bottle was not replaced.

  • Okay for the price

Good security at front door but not at the room. there was over a half inch gap between the door and the frame. small bathroom.

Basic hotel - room was adequate. Just can't believe I paid $*/night with taxes to stay here. Higher rate than usual due to Riverfest going on, but this location is not convenient to anything unless you're just passing thru town and need a place to crash. Jumped into the indoor pool expecting a cool refresh from the hot weather only to find out the pool was heated - ugh! Internet service worked one day but not the next. FREE breakfast was sub-par, even if it was complementary - no newspaper.

  • The Worst hotel I've ever stayed in!

This place was seriously run down. The room we were 1st assigned we discovered (after my child fell asleep) that the airconditioner didn't work. The window on the 3rd floor opened without a screen for protection. The only solution was to change rooms (and wake a very sleepy child). The next room smelled hugely of smoke. This is supposed to be a smoke free hotel. There was no fitted sheet, only a flat sheet over a removable pillow top. The blankets had holes in them. The pool was very cloudy. The only reason we continued to stay the night was because we had driven 12 hours and were exhausted! Needless to say I could not even bring myself to crawl under the sheets and instead choose to use my own blankets from our car trip!
