We had a sick child and had to cut our trip short unfortunatly and they were very understanding being that this was last-minute and an unplanned incident. We have visited this hotel yearly or twice yearly. We love the hotel, location is great and fun for the kids. Great room, love the tower, but like the lower levels.

I was very unsatisfied with the hotel. The hotel smelt very old and needed renovation. We were charged $14.00 for parking and local calls were not complimentary. I had never stayed at a hotel that charged for these things. Also we called the hotel for directions and we were given the wrong information. We called back and were put on hold then transfered to several people before we figured it out ourselves. The receptionist was not friendly or informative.
