Staff was super helpful when we needed help. We left a bag in a taxi and they were able to locate the bag for us. From the concierge desk we purchased zoo tickets, got maps and directions. The staff at the desk went out of their way to help us. Loved the gardens and grounds and my daughter loved the heated pool. Room service was excellent as was the service in Terrace Cafe.

Antonio the hotel concierge gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, gave us directions to and about the trolley and was overall very helpful, courteous and friendly! We were here for a gymnastics meet and appreciated the hospitality. All staff were excellent, the decor is okay, but I would come again.

We stayed here for a trade show and there were many issues that made the stay less than perfect. 1. Upon arrival the staff explained where we could park next to our room, however these parking spots had "reserved" signs and we could not park next to our room. 2. The room was dirty, including a pair of swim trunks hanging from the shower head and a wet, dirty wash cloth on the floor. The carpets have clearly not been swept and at 6:00PM there apparently no cleaning staff on hand to handle the situation. The desk attendant only offered to remove the dirty items from the room. 3. My wife requested a spoon at the front desk and we were told room service would provide it, but they never showed up. 4. Internet is $7.95 per day and per PC, our connection never worked in the room and would only work moderately out by the pool. It was the same for 2 different PC's so it clearly was not a problem on our side. 5. Food at the hotel was mediocre at best and not priced well. $2.45 for a small coffee and several mornings they were out of coffee between 7:00 - 9:00AM go figure... 6. Staff on several occasions were rude and gave wrong information and other times they were very friendly and helpful, it was very hit or miss. 7. The grounds were beautiful in some places, but also much unkept in other places, like outside our room with dead leaves, roses, palm leaves lying on the ground. 8. Parking is not free for guests and is $8.00 per day. Incoming packages are charged a handling fee of $10.00. 9. Fitness center is part of the spa and the hours are only mid-day and also they charge to use the facility. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone, do not stay here.

The room was small, they included no amenities with the room you had to pay extra for everything i mean everything. The tv had very few channels and the picture was of poor quality. They wanted 15 dollars to rent a movie that you could rent from redbox for a buck no dvd players in the rooms. I got food poisoning from a meal there and spent all night literally in the bathroom.The only things that i really liked was they had an amazing hot tub and 1 of the three pools was heated. Noted the other 2 were not brrrrrrr. The grounds were also beautiful. would not stay here again. but someone else may like it.
