I just came back from NOLA 1 week ago today. I researched the French Quarter for weeks before finally choosing the Iberville Suites. I wanted to be within walking distance between Bourbon and Canal. That way if we wanted to experience the night life we did not have far to go and if we wanted shopping and gambling we could easily take the street car to Harrahs and the shops on the river. Iberville is 1 block off Canal and 1/2 block from Bourbon. It's all about LOCATION. This hotel certainly had that. Oh yes, we seemed to be right on the parade route more than a couple of times that weekend. The room service was right on. The room was very comfortable, as were the beds. The room was nice and clean and they provided us with plenty of towels. The staff was helpful and friendly and gave us great advice on restauants, night clubs and tours. I can't really think of any negatives about our hotel or our entire stay for that matter. I would not only stay there again but I have recommended Iberville to many people in the last week. Two words to discribe the hospitality, "Big Easy".

I will go for another stay. This hotel and its staff is awesome. This is what New Orleans is all about. It is in walking distance Bourbon street and good restaurants. The breakfast is a feast. Well worth the money in these economical trying times.

My husband and I visit New Orleans twice a year. We have stayed at many hotels. Last year we chose the Iberville Suites. The Iberville Suites has several amenities that helped make our trip enjoyable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning which included plenty of fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt,pastry, juice and coffee. We also enjoyed the use of the fitness facility located in the RItz Carlton adjacent to Iberville Suites. The location is excellent, making it easy to walk to all our favorite French Quarter restaurants, music venues, etc. We are returning to New Orleans in April and have already booked our room at the Iberville Suites.
