It's an easy walk to the ferry to Valetta and the tour busses stop across the street, so you may not need a car. There's only "on street" parking if you have one. It's a very urbanized area, with cafes on the prominade. Salt-water pool actually in the Med and miniture golf on the roof. Get the upgrade or there's no view. "Full English Breakfast" buffet every morning. We had trouble with airconditioning and they tried to charge us at check-out, though it had been a pre-paid reservation.

We originally booked two night and ended up staying five nights. We stayed in a lovely room facing the sea. The staff was wonderful, very nice, very accomodating. The shower was great, and the bed was okay. NO BED BUGS! Breakfast every morning from 7am to 11am so you could sleep in if you wanted. Nice spread too. Maid service was later in the day, but that worked for us. They also have wonderful spa services and two onsite restraurants. The only complaint is the noise of the construction all around the hotel and the non-stop traffic below. But shutting the balcony door took care of most of it. The view of the sea from the balcony made up for it! I would definetly stay again.

Hotel was on the water in a good location and across the street from a bus stop for getting to Valleta and Medina. The pool was on an area overlooking the sea and could not be explained by words. A good hotel and good food and the people were very noce and helpful.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was splendid. I wasn't looking for a 5 star place but didn't want a hostel either and this was perfect. I paid for a room that supposedly didn't have an ocean view only to find that my window looked right over the water. I even got there at 6am, although I wasn't supposed to check in until noon. They had a room for me by 7am and didn't charge me a dime.
