Check in was quick, got a great deal through "secret hotel". Within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Right across the street from Trader Joe's. Hotel has a great free breakfast. Rooms are very small, but for one night you can't beat it. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel was good. The room was very clean and nice, but very very small. It has no end tables due to lack of space on the sides of the bed and we had to leave our carry-ons (not suitcases, carry-ons) in the bathroom since we had no space in the closet or the room. The bathroom was very clean and really big! Overall, very nice hotel for a night or two and if you travel without many things.

Having lived in Chicago I was familiar with this hotel and although it is a chain, it presents itself as a boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Added to this I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel quality and friendliness of the staff. Location, location, location plus value plus service - what a wonderful find! I will definately stay here again next time I'm in Chicago.

The hotel was very nice and so was the staff. But, when you read everyone's comments on how small the rooms are, believe them! i had to sleep with my luggage next to the bed because there was absolutely no place to put it. the bathroom, however was very big. this hotel was right downtown so it was close to everything. the only bad thing is there wasnt free parking. but, other than that, the hotel was great!
