BPH is at first sight not much to look at - the lobby small - the elevators slow - but the room is great - spacious, clean with comfortable beds and the view of the Empire State Building just out the window is perfect - But I must say, the service you receive from the concierges will knock your socks off! These four girls from Georgia had a great time and with the help of the polite, professional concierges, we had no problems finding our way around, getting a cab, or simply getting in the door with our shopping bags. The cafe beside the hotel is a plus too. Inexpensive, great food - don't judge this book by its cover either! Great shopping is only minutes away from the front door. This is our second stay at BPH and we hope to be back soon. The entire staff has mastered SOUTHERN hospitality in the middle of New Youk City! For the money, you can't beat BPH!

The room I stayed in had a drop ceiling and I could hear rodents scurrying back and forth in the ceiling all night. I finally had to move a mattress into the bathroom to get some sleep (must have been a firewall between the bedroom and the bathroom because I didn't hear anything in the bathroom ceiling).

My mom, sister and I took our first trip to New York City and staying at the Broadway Plaza made it EXTRA nice. We loved our room, the beds were very comfortable, it was quiet, the coffee was great and the continental breakfast had a lot to offer. Loved the fresh fruit! The attention and help we got from the front desk staff and doormen were great. Can't say enough good stuff about this place. Would definitely recommend it!

Broadway Plaza Hotel has excellent accomodations. The rooms were large and very well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The staff from the front desk to the maintenance personnel were kind and accomodating. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to NYC.

My wife and I stayed at the Broadway Plaza Hotel in September of 2008. We went to New York for our honeymoon. The hotel is located easily within walking distance of Times Square. Our room was llarger than what we were anticipating. The room was facing the empire state building which was just blocks away. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative was the ""restaurant"" responsible for the room service. We ordered twice. The first time was for breakfast, which was ok. The second time was for a late dinner. The food took over an hour to arrive and wasn't what we ordered.
