The rooms were small and the bathroom even smaller. The lighting was bad in the rooms. The staff were great. The linen was dingy and the pillows were too soft. The liner in the bathtub was dirty and underneath the flap which kept coming up almost made you not want to take a bath. There were no shower caps in the room.

We stayed here Saturday night of Labor Day weekend, our jump off point for National Parks touring. hotel literally overlooks Freemont St Experience - never having been to Vegas, did not know that is old neon districct. Was an experience to stroll thru at night but the live music we heard on our 16th floor rooms 'til 2am was a little more than we bargained for. Room was adequate and free parking in garage was appreciated.

The four queens was an excellent downtown hotel due to friendly and fast check-in. No credit card required for amenities. No hidden charges. The rooms have been remodeled nicely with flat screen TV, two desks, full bath, coffee maker, free in-room safe and each room had a king size bed with a view of North Las Vegas. We were on the 18th floor in the North Tower. When one of our party locked himself out of his room, security was there to let him back in within minutes. Try their Prime Rib special in Magnolia's for only $7.95 pp. with player's card. Easy access to the Deuce Buses for only $3.00 one way to the strip and of course the Fremont Street Experience just outside the hotel. Highly recommended for the budget minded traveler. Swimming pool available at Binion's across the street on the rooftop, just show room key.
