Important Hotel Information
- Guests must be 21 years old to check into the hotel. All adult guests must be registered with proper identification. Hotel key required to access hotel guest elevator. Credit card required at check-in.
- 25 per person charge for each person over 2 guests per room. Maximum occupancy 4 people per room. This charge is payable directly to the hotel at check-in.
- Tropicana does not permit coolers or excessive amounts of food and beverage to be brought into the hotel.
- Self Parking is 10 per stay and Valet Parking is 15 per stay. Health Club is 10 per day.
- The indoor pool will be closed February 26, 2013 and March 5, 2013.

Convenient location; clean and comfortable rooms; good service; great decores throughout particularly shopping and food areas; simply excellent experience. It was a quick one night getaway with my family (4 kids & 4 adults); we got two connecting rooms with two queen size beds in each room (like a 2 bed suite). No issue whatsoever. It was my first reservation through web. I got best rate and best service/experience! Before making the reservation I read several reviews particularly complaints. Most complaints were about staff service and room cleanliness. However, I experienced excellent staff & service. To those who complain the service, remember, be nice to be treated nicely!

The hotel was nice, a little large for my taste. It was easy to get lost when looking for things since there are multiple towers, resturants, and other areas. The fact that you have to pay extra to use the indoor pool was wrong. The view would have been great from the 45th floor but the windows were so dirty it was hard to see out. The room was clean.

The Tropicana has a perfect track record. They do absolutely EVERYTHING wrong EVERY single time. A true paragon of ineptitude and idiocy unlikely to ever be exceeded. Anyone who gives this disaster of a hotel a good review, must not be a very savvy traveler.

The room was for one night so we could attend a concert. The Hotel was in a great location for that. The room was very large and every thing was in working order. The negative was the floor was not vacuumed, as we found dirt in various places, It was expensive for just one night, and they charged you to park in there parking gargage. There was lots to do in the Hotel itself.
