Important Hotel Information
- Guests must be 21 years old to check into the hotel. All adult guests must be registered with proper identification. Hotel key required to access hotel guest elevator. Credit card required at check-in.
- 25 per person charge for each person over 2 guests per room. Maximum occupancy 4 people per room. This charge is payable directly to the hotel at check-in.
- Tropicana does not permit coolers or excessive amounts of food and beverage to be brought into the hotel.
- Self Parking is 10 per stay and Valet Parking is 15 per stay. Health Club is 10 per day.
- The indoor pool will be closed February 26, 2013 and March 5, 2013.

I like to stay at the Trop because I like the shops/restaurants they have downstairs. We ate at the Cuban place and were extremely happy with the service and quality of the food. Everything else is pretty average about the hotel, nothing great, nothing bad. The room and bathroom were a good size and you basically never have to leave the hotel if you don't want to. The check-in and check-out could be faster. I was only the third person in line on the way in and it took 25 minutes to get the hotel key, no idea why. I would recommend the place...really no major complaints.

I have yet to have a bad experience at the Trop in AC. Again during this past stay, the room was clean and well-appointed, the bathroom was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. I put the Trop at the top of my shortlist of affordable places to stay in AC!

We only spent a day at Atlantic City and arrived at night so we were rush to get in and leave. The desk person look very foreign but was able to upgrade my room to a suite which was great. I found the garage very confusing and the stairwell smell of booze and urine. I would not return their again because of that garage.
