My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel during our honeymoon and really had a wonderful time. The pool area is second to none which is complete with a waterfall, adult only pool, volleyball net, and hottub area. The grounds around the resort were also very incredible, we spent one day just walking around checking everything out. The room was actually a condo complete with all the amenties of home and then some. The location of the resort is great with a walmart and kroger close by and there is a I-Trolley stop right in front of the resort, which means that you can go anywhere on International drive that you want to. My wife and I would reccommend this resort to anyone that wanted to stay in Orlando.

The rooms were large and comfortable, and clean, without smoke smell when we arrived. Great family venue with activities and several pools as well as a adult poolside atmosphere. It was a safe and secure environment but close to Sea World and an easy drive to the convention center and the myriad restaurants in that area, as well as walking distance to shopping mall. The staff was cheerful and helpful.

04/13/2011The front counter service was horrible. the room was not ready when i arrived. they said they would cal lwhen it was ready and they never did. four hours later ...
tHE FRONT COUNTER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. THE ROOM WAS NOT READY WHEN I ARRIVED. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CAL LWHEN IT WAS READY AND THEY NEVER DID. FOUR HOURS LATER I WENT BACK TO THE LOBBY AND HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 40 MINUTES TO GET A KEY.
