This hotel is literally a home away from home! The decor was really nice and the bed was extremely comfy ;) Everytime my husband and I go to Orlando we stay here and love it everytime. I highly recomend this hotel to all! The staff were all very helpful with checking in and out, and when we didn't know what we wanted to do they gave us lots of pamphlets and maps to help us decide!

10/29/2011Would have been nice to have free internet...thank god for 3g. good pool water temp (unless they topped off the pool). overall i think most peeps would be comfortable ...
would have been nice to have free internet...thank god for 3G. good pool water temp (unless they topped off the pool). overall I think most peeps would be comfortable here. would return again but no reason to ever visit orlando again for me: There is a good reason for the term "Mickey Mouse". Lots of traffic...where is everyone going? to work or play at theme parks...must be a better life somewhere else.

This hotel claims that they re not really a hotel which enables them to check in guests at 4pm and kick them out at 10am. They claim that it is due to the preparation given each room, the room was older, and for 5 hours of cleaning it was shabby! dust bunnies the size of moose , stain in the tub and flooring. Amenities are good but if you are there for 1 night you will not be able to parttake in anything as it is all scheduled between 10am and 5:30ish pm.kiddie pool with ship closes early and they are standing guad waiting the hour to kick every body out... Not really worth it. We've had better experiences at Hilton Hotels that are also time shares with all the activities as well, that do not deny being a hotel and are very accomodating to things like extended check out.
