here is my honest review. my family of four include an infant travelled from the midwest to orlandor before winter break to see mickey. the hotel is a time share, our room is a standard studio, kinda narrow, but includes all functions, including a kitchen and in closet laundrymet. we didnt bother to ask fora two bed room place, as the front desk seems to be very rigid and unflexible, despite we planned to stay for 6 days. they didnt really care much about our exictement to orlando (oh well). the queen size sofabed was not comtable for any adult, too soft. the queensize bed seems fine. we even have a miniture jacuzzi. so overall, it is worth what we paid for, but not really that great! most of all, upon checkout, front desk gave us a 10am deadline, which i called, she reluctantly extended to 1030 then to 11am (which is really bad considering noon check out is a common curtersy). well, enough said, orlando for kids are pretty good. we had a good time in the parks.

I recommended this place because if these issues where addressed it would be great. I booked a month in advance and wanted to make sure there was wireless Internet available. I looked at many places and was told that they had great wireless Internet service. Needing to get some work done during the first night, I could not connect. I found out the next morning they were in the middle of changing Internet services and was told if I needed to, I could connect better in the check-in area. (this is NOT what I wanted and would have been better somewhere else) Next, every time the air came on I could hardly hear the T. V. it rattled so loud. I got to the point I just turned in air up high enough to the point it wasn't to uncomfortable. Lastly, the dishwasher soap thing didn't work. I didn't care about this much but after the first 2 major issues, this got to me.
