12/26/2012Over all is good, however, when we were staying the weather was really cold however air conditioning did not work for heating. that is not good, we were freezing.

I was very pleased with the comfort level of the one bedroom villa and the swimming pool area. I did not appreciate the sales pitch to become an owner before checking in. At the price I paid,i should not be sent to another desk at check in time to hear a sales pitch. Poor taste. Otherwise everyone was cheerful and accommodating. They should tell the staff that if they need to smoke, they should stay away from main entry doorways. People should not have to breath in smoke by staff as they enter the common areas. Sheraton, you are as good as your help. Check on them with this smoking thing, please.

We book this hotel 6 moth before and the price was very good. Is the perfect hotel for family vacations. Closer to all Disney parks, ver very close to Sea World and Aquatica. Very clean and quiet. Is excellent for kids!!!

The pools are awesome. You have to call housekeeping if you want fresh towels. They won't replenish unless you ask. Other than the towel situation the service is pretty good. The rooms are very spacious and the people are friendly. For the price point, the pools, rooms and playground are really wonderful. I've stayed here twice. You can't beat it. My son loves the pirate ship pool. And we love the kitchen in our room. Makes the stay very comfortable. It was my sons 3rd birthday. We requested a party package - for less $50 they hung streamers, a bunch of balloons, we had mickey cake, table cloth, napkins and plates. We walked in from the pool and my son was stunned and loved it. We all did! We had left our presents on the table and they decorated around them. It was an effortless set up for us--instant party. It was great. You won't be disspointed.
