We booked this hotel for 1 night on our way to Orlando because we left a night earlier than expected. We were very happy to find the property to be even better than the reviews & very comfortable. We will stay here again, hopefully soon.

I was enticed into choosing this location beacuse of the 50% off rate that was being offered. It was a great choice for my family and I. We stayed in a one bedroom villa in one of the newly renovated units, and found it to be everything that had been protrayed by others in previous reviews. Very clean, spacious, and nice! We were unaware of the "vacation ownership" (time share) connections at this location, but found out quickly when called and invited to a 90 minute presentation (it took 2 hours) with the promise of a continential breakfast, and $100 cash. The $100 was provided up front, as we scheduled our presentation for our last day. We learned more about the property as a result of the presentation, and did not feel overly pressured by the presenters. Overall, this property is in a great location, is well kept, and gives guests the feeling of luxuary and relaxation!

This was a fantastic place to stay in Orlando with my family. They are very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. It is a gorgeous resort. My son loved the Pirate's Cove slide. The Key West pool was ideal for night swimming with him, so warm! Magic Kingdom is 15 minutes away, we took a taxi there to save time as the shuttle service times were not convenient (was about $25). The food at Flagler Station was incredible! We ordered room service and they were there within 10-15 min. We rode the I-ride trolley to Sea World (not even 10 min away), it was fun, cheap, and easy. Lots of kids activities offered too. This was a great place to stay, very clean room, & comfortable bed. I can't wait to visit again.

We had stayed at another Sheraton previously in Orlando and thought that this was going to be similar - it wasn't. The villas were quite dated in comarison and don't let the hotel being located on international drive fool you - you have to catch the bus/taxi or have a car to leave the resort for other amenitites. There is a premium retail outlet nearby (15 mins walk) and also a Publix, but you have to cross a busy main road and also use a non paved track for part of your walk. The free service to disney was extremely disappointing - you have to stop at other hotels and there is not a great choice of times to come back to the hotel - block out an average of an hour trip to or from disney each way. However, on the plus side, the staff were extremely friendly and the resort boasted it's normal Sheraton facilities - good pool/recrational facilities and fun activities for the kids.

had the i bedroon suite...king size bed was comfy ,but the bed sheets and pillow cases had a plastic feel to them...woke up a few times sweating...you can not lower thermostate lower then 70...pull out couch bed has cheap mattress....feel main bar digging your back...pools and rooms are great....can tell room was older ,but every thing is clean and with nice furniture and appliances....will go back.....
