The rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed including a refrigerator and microwave. Jetted tub in bathtub was nice, and beds were comfy. Even the pull out couch had a nice mattress on it. Plenty of options for the kids- all the pools were clean and the grounds were very well kept. The employees running the activities were very good with the kids. I would definately stay their again.

We arrived early and they provided me with a two bedroom villa instead of the one bedroom requested in order to allow us early check in. We got into our room in building 5 which is a bit older and were disappointed, because it appeared old and beat up, the toilet kept running and the sliding door would not lock. I called the front office and asked for a newer room and was provided one in building 24 w/o argument. We got to the new room and it had not been cleaned. The family there before us left it looking like Joplin MO a year ago. It was disgusting. The front desk sent the cleaning crew up and they had it spotless within an hour to an hour and a half. They were very friendly and sanitized anything I asked them to. From that point on, we had no problems. The pool was outstanding. It was warm and relaxing and we enjoyed the long hours. It is about a ten minute drive from Universal, five from Sea World and maybe five from Disney. Nice location.

Lovely resort. Very nice rooms and accomodations. Very nice pools. It's well kept and I like that it's gated for extra security. Overall I had a very nice stay. I would recommend having a car just to get around the resort. Glad that I rented one. The shuttle service to Disney World was slow and made at least 3 stops at neighboring hotels. Overall, it took about 45 minutes to get to Disney which only takes about 15 minutes by car. And, it was a long wait getting back. We decided to drive after our fisrt shuttle experience. It made our Disne trip much smoother. Parking at the resort is tight but it's nice that it's included in the hotel fees. Nearby grocery shopping is convenient and easily accessible. I wasn't as impressed with the staff, though. I just didn't feel welcomed although they were polite. I also felt a bit harrassed about attending their marketing breakfast to learn about their time share program. They called and left messages on my phone to attend. One staff person called and asked me "why" I wasn't attending. Hmmmm. Didn't know that was part of the deal. I really didn't care for this pressure at all. But, fortunately it didn't negate the positive experiences I had at the resort.
