Couldn't of expected anymore.
07/21/2012Wonderful place, great pools, nice room, easy to get to and close to all the parks. they only complaint, was the daily call from the property time share folks.

This hotel was nice, but could make customers more welcome.
06/27/2012We were welcomed until they wanted us to attend the time share meeting, and realized we couldn't buy. then it seamed like we weren't as welcome.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable villa. Probably one of the nicest hotel I've been to, with very beautiful scenery. Most of the staff was friendly but I felt a lack of help from the travel and transportation staff, who made me feel unwelcome and together with the front desk, the staff seem unwilling to help. Besides that, the villa is located in a very convenient location where I just hopped onto a cheap bus ride to Universal Studios and Wet 'n Wild. They also provide shuttles to DisneyWorld so that's a plus. It was overall a fun and enjoyable stay.

I have to say that I was impressed with this place when I got here. I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was. The entire place was new and clean and beautiful. The room was outstanding, very beautifully crafted and decorated. Very convient to have everything thing we need all in one place just like we were at home (laundry, stove, etc). The condo was much bigger than I expected and plenty of room for my kids to run around. The pools were outstanding with plenty of stuff for my kids and for us. There were several pools that we could jump around to in a short walk. The only thing I can comlain about is that there was no WIFI or 3G signal in my building, I had to walk to the main building to get a signal and even then it wasn't good. I will most likely be comming back to this place next time we are in orlando.

Overall I was pleased with my experience. The pool was awesome and so was the room. I experienced 2 negative things there: 1. The concierge got a little upset/rude with me when I changed my mind about attending a time share presentation. No biggie. 2. One night there were two couples outside of my window, there was a gas grill and table they were using, and they kept waking me up until 2 AM or so.
