This place is close to the airport and didn't seem to be in a bad part of town. When we checked in, however, we had to sign a statement that said because of the low prices, they couldn't guarantee the safety of your stuff. (Yes I know most hotels have this policy), but to have to sign something saying you saw/understand this to be the case made me concerned that that kind of thing happened often. But everything turned out ok. The room was really clean. They had a really large pool, and as busy as it was, it seemed to be quiet. It's basically a you get what you pay for hotel.

06/15/2012The staff of the hotel were rude and pushy. upon arrival, our room had cockroaches. when moved to a different room, that room also had cockroaches.

Pros: Very good value for money. Reasonably clean. Good space in the King bed room. Easy access to room fro car park on the ground floor (useful for shopper). Very easy access to I-95. Cons: In -room Wi-Fi access poor (went to lobby for better signal). watch out for dripping a/c unit from above floor when you go outside. TV picture quality poor on nearly all channels. Some aircraft noise.

The room and the interiors of the hotel were clean and well maintained The staff was very nice and helpful. However the parking area was a nightmare. It had potholes the looked like craters from the moon. The back-side of the hotel had a parking area for trucks and they would cross through the hotel parking. The hotel is good for a quick inexpensive escape, but the parking area can scare anyone away.

We stayed for one night after a cruise. It is an older hotel but we were very satisfied with the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. The pool was a nice size and was clean. We had no complaints other than I think I paid a little too much for the stay because I did not book very far in advance. Otherwise, no complaints really.
