This hotel atmosphere was fun and exciting. The room's atmosphere was clean and well-kept. I loved staying at this hotel and will probably stay there when we go back! I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a good time and a clean, chic, and comfortable place I lay your head!

As far as the location and experience are concerned, I am satisfied with Planet Hollywood. However, the factors that affected my experience adversely are as follows: 1. I was promised a non-smoking room and given a smoking one. 2. Nobody followed up on my request to move me to a non-smoking room once available. 3. The room did stink and was below average.

This hotel was great I enjoyed the amenities of the hotel, especially having a mall in the hotel . We visited the mall every day we were there. I was attending a 45 year high school reunion and they coouldn't have picked a better host hotel. The staff were very accomodating to any need we had. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The room was much larger than others we've stayed in on the strip. The TV was huge. The bathroom was huge. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the lively atmosphere and music in the casino, but it might not be for everyone. There are go-go dancers in the casino from about 9pm until around midnight (not that uncommon in Vegas these days). The Miracle Mile shops were nice too - you could find some decent cheap food without walking outside in the heat. Only minor gripes: 1) The food was expensive and mediocre - but so are all the other casinos on the strip. 2) The bath tub is detached from the shower. 3) Spotty 3G connection inside our room. 4) Awkward locations for electrical outlets made it hard to recharge your phone and keep it close to your bed.
