I chose to stay here because it was billed as a four star hotel. The cleaning staff was lacking. They did not take away our used glasses or leave new ones. They did not make the beds properly (the covers were left pulled back). They did not take away the dirty wash cloths and the towels smelled as if they hadn't been washed. When I called the desk to request Kleenex (they hadn't replaced the spent box when they cleaned the room) they brought me toilet paper instead. When I told the gentleman that it was Kleenex I was out of, not toilet paper, he rolled his eyes at me...need I go on?

Planet Hollywood was comfortable enough to be a home away from home. It was also very fun and entertaining at the same time. It was a great time had by all on the trip, we all loved Planet Hollywood and would stay again!

Great price! Great views of the fountain at Bellagio! Loved Gallery nightclub! Great location on the strip. Lots of dining options too. The room had Robin Williams memorabilia in it. Guess they all have a theme. It was nice compared to the rooms at Caesar's, but no wow factor like the suites at the Venetian. Would go back again if the price is right like it was during our stay.

Everything was great. I ordered room service and it was very quick to arrive. All the staff was pleasant. Other than the very long line at check in (no one in line at checkout but used express checkout anyway) everything was great. Oh, and the decor was nice, but a little strange. There were pictures of Macaulay caulkin every where.
