Was our 2nd time in vegas and stayed at PH and was very disappointed with the hotel. Booked a nonsmoking room and they only had smoking available and the room had a very strong smokey smell the entire time. Room view was of the roof vent. Room was very dingy and not impressive for the money you spend. They also had no rooms with whirlpool tubs in the whole hotel. The pool was very small and plain with nothing impressive. The only thing we liked was the location inside the mall. Had a much better time at MGM last time we visited vegas. We would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. Next time we will stay at cosmopoliton.

okay hotel but for the money you are spending on each night. We were there during easter and we booked 3 months ahead and paid $ 20 extra a night for a view of the fountain, for the show at night, when we checked in they wanted $50 more for the view. We didn't get the view. We were in the 5th element room. nothing worked, we called the desk and none came and fixed any lights. ALL the closet doors were scratched up and didn't close. The chaulking in the shower was very nasty looking. For the money we spent there , we will stay at another hotel on the strip.
