This hotel is beautiful, modern and full of life. The rooms are excellent, the attention is great and also i was very lucky in P.H. casino, I guess the only Casino in Vegas where I actually won some money, mind you, I visited all other hotels, and machines were super tight. The buffet is cheap and G R E A T, I have no complaints about Planet Hollywood, I am 53 and love to see people laughing, having a good time and just not sitting there playing slots , which is what I do so I know what I am talking about. AND... LOCATION WAS PERFECT. I TRULY LOVED PLANET HOLLYWOOD.

Stayed July 9th thru the 13th. I was very pleased with the room. Had a great view and the hotel is in a great location. You are in the middle of everything. The casino is nice and is well designed to keep you in. The slots were OK never hit big but let you play for a while. Hotel staff was very polite. Did see a couple of celebs and also saw a movie being filmed. Over all a very nice stay. Would stay again. If you are looking for a place to relax and get away I would pick another resort, but if you are ready to party this is your place.

Just returned from a week's stay in Vegas at the Planet Hollywood. My advice, if you are over 30, DO NOT STAY HERE. My husband and I are in our 40's and really felt out of place. PH attracts a very, very young crowd. The rooms are nothing great. We had a pool view room which was very noisy. The room had poor lighting and it was very dark, even with all the lamps turned on. I was told that all the rooms has been redone, but I couldn't tell. The drawers in our room were broken and the bathroom shower dripped all the time and had very poor water pressure. I received a letter from a business associate during my stay and had to pay a $6.00 ""handling fee"" before they would give me the letter - what a rip off. While the location is great, it's not worth it.

Planet Hollywood was great! The customer service was awesome and very personal. Every employee that passed greated us with eye contact and a brief ""hello"" or ""is there anything I can help you with"". Checking in was very smooth, efficient and comp coupons for various services such as food, in house spa, and credits to use in the casino were also given at check in. Housekeeping has every reason to be commended! Our room was cleaned promptly every day before 11 am and we were on the 22nd floor. Although it was only my husband and I, we always had plenty of towels and toiletries and never had to ask for extras. The only thing our room was missing was a coffee maker and it was a bit inconvenient to go downstairs thru the casino to Starbucks. However, the bedding was comfortable and the city view was breath-taking. The resort is centrally located on the strip and the Deuce stops directly in front of PH. There are a variety of restaurants in the resort as well as in the Miracle Mile Mall and coupons can be used at most of them. There are always people handing out coupons and vouchers!!! The only complaint that I have is that shuttles such as Gray Line have to drop off and pick up guests away from the hotel entrance. This is very inconsiderate and inconvenient especially when you have to carry a lot of luggage from the drop off and pick up location to the front entrance. I think they should be allowed to drop off in front of the hotel just as the taxis, and valet patrons are allowed too. I'm sure those guest didn't pay anymore to do so! PH has so much to offer you don't have to leave!!!

Recently stayed at PH, for the price it was not worth it! The rooms were dirty, trying to get the cleaning services to clean the hairs on the floor in the restroom was an act of congress, and the window pains had dead flies on it and remained there for three days. We (myself & wife) cleaned the mirror and counter in the restroom to make it livable, the carpet was never vacuumed during our stay. Over all the hotel was expensive $10 for a call drink, $8 for a tap beer, and the bartender in the main bar was rude! Bartenders would shy away from patriots playing the slot machines on the bar so that they would not ask for their free drinks; on the floor it took an average of 20 to 30 minutes for a waitress to offer you a free drink while playing the slots! So I say that the old Vegas is gone no more free bees while playing the slots and defiantly no more great service!
