Second time staying. You can't beat the location. We arrived on a Thursday, so we were upgraded from the Hip to a very large room, huge bathroom, with a steam-type shower. We were on the 27th floor, and downside was housekeeping clearing the hallway of roomservice trays. We were there 3 nights and a tray remained in hallway two whole days. First time trying Earl of Sandwich---they are awesome, and open after club closings. One downside to Planet Hollywood, is that the staff going up to the Nightclub upstairs are extremely unfriendly and borderline rude. I guess because they have such a line of youngsters waiting to get in, that they need not be pleasant or answer questions of any type. Club Tabu at the MGM is a much better environment for classy mature couples. We did the time share tour, and if you have 3 or more days stay, its worth it. We got comped for show, dinner for two, and drinks. The tower apartments are beautiful, but not worth the price-- The variety show at the V theatre is the BEST!!! Avoid the mind reader guy--horrible! We would stay again, but not on purpose. If you are over 40 you quickly tire of the young crowd at night, the Venetian, Paris, Bellagio are much better choices on the strip.

Me and My husband stayed here for our wedding on jan 11,10 and I have to say it was great. we got there before check in time and upgraded our room. We had not booked with them to get married there but they where nice enough to let us get married by the pool we where so very thankful for that.It was our first stay and we will go back. Note the HEART BAR is crazy expensive for drinks they give out for free so stay away. also the restaurant next to Starbucks is outrages with prices.they have high security so make sure you have id with you.(if you loose your room key) over all it was great!!!!

My wife and I had a great experience at PH. Located right at the heart of the strip! Great rooms, shopping, entertainment, food. It was a great experience overall. We got compt to a better room overlooking the fountains at Bellagio!! Rooms are specious with huge bathrooms. Went to see V, great show!! My wife and I were busting up the whole time we were there. Great price for the location. I would recommend this hotel. I wouldn't bring kids to this hotel though. Nothing for kids.

Great view, room had Batman theme, pictures, props of movie. Great Location, next to Paris and Bellogio Fountains, offered alot of coupons for Casino and shopping to save on money. Planet had great resturants on site. I would stay again.

We liked the location and our actual room. The service was the main reason we wouldn't stay there again. In our initial check in we had to wait 30 minutes just to check in and they had 4 people working. They were very slow. We tried to call down to the front desk and maid service on several occasions and it was always busy. We were charged $* a day for 2 bottled waters and a newspaper and we paid that fee up front. We only received our water 2 of out 4 days. There are too many other hotels to choose from to put up with bad service.
