I stayed at Planet Hollywood for 4 nights and really enjoyed my stay there. It was the first time I had ever been to Las Vegas and wasn't sure what to expect. I was disappointed when I first checked in that I was given the wrong type of room. I had paid for a Resort Room with a view of the Bellagio Fountains, but was given a Hollywood Hip room that was facing the southern part of the strip. But the front desk quickly make the fix and was in the room that I was suppose to be in. The casino at PH isn't the biggest, its probably one of the smallest in Vegas. The Pleasure Pit is a great place to gamble if you are a guy, because all of the dealers are smoking hot women who are wearing next to nothing and there is a girl dancing on a stripper pole. Drink service from the waitresses could of been a lot better, some areas were much faster than others. Our room was a great room, couldn't really find much wrong with it. It would be nice if they had a mini fridge in the room. Overall a very large room with plenty of space. If you have a family, don't stay at PH. This hotel is aimed at the 20 to 40 something crowd that doesn't have children. If you have children stay at Excalibur or NY/NY. You must try Earl of Sandwich at PH. Very, very good sandwich and it didn't cost that much. I can't wait to go back to Vegas, I will def check out PH again.

Overall I am the first person to comment when something doesn't go right. My experience at Planet Hollywood gives me every reason to say something good. The price I paid for a last minute purchase was extremely fair for what I ended up getting. After a 2:45 AM wake up call (east cost) to make my early flight I was extremely exhausted once I got to the hotel around 11:00 am Vegas time. while check in time was normally 3:00 PM. I ask to get into my room early. Though there were no clean rooms the incredible young lady at the desk asked me to come back in an hour and she would see if she could help me. As I was entering the lobby area around a 1/2 hour later, I was spotted by the young lady who called out my name and proceeded to immediately get me into the room. The bells staff and all the maids were polite and helpful. The room was in excellent shape, well maintained, and was a very pleasent suprise unlike the Imperial Palace where I stayed next. The Palace put me in a non-smoking room that just recived the designation three days earlier. I give Harrah's as big thank you for the Planet Hollywood experience and a zero at their Imperial Palace location as i was weazing from the deeply engrained smoke. From my overall standpoint, Planet Hollywood was a great suprise with a nice Casino, sports book and restaraunts. Above all, I was extremely impressed with the kind service staff and especially the young lady at the counter who went out of her way to be just plain nice which is often missing in tourist towns. Well worth the price.

I came here to do something big for my 35th birthday with my sisters and a few of my girlfriends. I had a ball. Everyone was friendly and the food was great. I was able to upgrade my room when I mentioned it was my birthday and first trip to Vegas. the clubs were great and the location on the strip was wonderful. I cant wait to go back this year for New Years Eve
