Planet Hollywood is a hip, happening place! If you're into loud overhead music 24/7 stay here. The room was a sanctuary away from the constant partying... BUT, there was one major issue with the room: Why oh WHY don't the rooms have a fan in the bathroom??? HELLO people... It's hard to enjoy your room when the bathroom doesn't have a fan to get rid of the steam and the stink!!! What's up with that?

I took my 3 daughters to Vegas for a girls vacation to celebrate the youngest 21st birthday! None of us had ever been to Vegas and we were thrilled. The hotel was nice, casino was great! We felt very safe and secure the whole time we were there. We would not have had to leave the hotel if we didn't want to. We did leave and realized we were in the middle of the strip and close to everything! We are already planning our next visit and we will be staying here again!! There was only one rude gentleman at the front desk but out of everyone we dealt with he was the only one.

It substaintially underwhelmed me. The check-in process took 30 minutes and there were only two people in line ahead of us, and only one person working behind the desk. At a Vegas Strip Hotel? Come on. The room was not cleaned by housekeeping, we had to call to request that. The amenities were non-existant. The Casino was attempting to be hip and cool but it was a far cry from anything but nerdy out of style. The pole dancers on the bar was a nice touch, but they didn't know how to pole dance. The bar service was only for the high rollers so if you wanted a drink it was $*. I would never recommend or stay at this property again. The occupancy was low and I now understand why. Even the spa was a joke. It was Arabian themed ( from the former Alladin's hotel ) and it was in desperate need of an overall.

I booked here for my husbands 40th birthday as a surprise, had never stayed at Planet Hollywood and was pleasantly surprised! We never had to leave if we didn't want to, restaurants, Starbucks, gaming, entertainment all in one spot! The location was excellent right in the middle of everything if we did want to leave. The staff was so pleasant at every level and interaction, I would definitely stay here again!
