Planet Hollywood impressed me with their service, affordability and quality. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous whether it was the doorman or the sales associate at the check-in desk. You can't beat the price especially for being centrally located on the strip and you can tell that the rooms have been upgraded to the point where it felt like a boutique hotel. All in all, I would definitely stay at Planet Hollywood the next time I am in Las Vegas and would feel comfortable referring any of my friends or family to this fine establishment.

When I purchased my package is was based upon a coworker who stayed a few months back. She liked it and said I should try it out. Having been to Las Vegas over 20 times I have stayed at many properties but usually Bellagio or The Mirage. I have stayed at Wynn and The Venetian as well. So Planet Hollywood was not at the top of my list. I gave it a shot and was surprised! Room was average sized for Vegas, but nicely decorated, great bathroom (but should have been cleaner) with great towels and awesome water pressure, great casino, good buffet, great food outlets, the shops at Miracle Mile even have more food choices. The crowd was younger and hip but you dont feel the pressure to fit in like at the Hard Rock or the Palms. The Pleasure Pit was great...sexy dealers and pole dancers while playing cards was wonderful! We had a quick check in, room ready at 10am. Valet parking was slow (not a surprise in Vegas) but self parking was a trek through the mall...it was a hike. Dailey Planet coffee shop was great with a extensive menu, good service, good food, and of course 24/7. All in all I will sum it up...I go to Vegas 2 - 3 times a year and I know I will stay at PH again.

Planet Hollywood was the perfect place and also the perfect location for my poker needs, shopping, and nightlife.. The room was very nice and comfortable.. The poker room was nice and the Heart Lounge was a cool place to hang out and have late night drinks.. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends..
