I will definitely be returning to this hotel. It was well decorated and clean. The room and bed were to die for, very comfortable. The casino, mall and restaurants were also a great perk!

I enjoy staying at Planet Hollywood, because not only is it centrally located on the Strip, but there is so much to do without leaving the hotel. Every morning I would get up, get a $5.99 breakfast at one of the restaurants, and go shop on Miracle Mile. I love that! This time I stayed in the Westgate Towers, which are on Miracle Mile, so that was convenient. My room was okay. Nothing too special. We ended up next to a suite the first day, that had 5 guys checked into it, and you could hear them talking to each other inside the room. We then moved to another room, and they put us next to the elevators. There was an odd high-pitched whistling noise in the room, that we finally discovered was coming from a vent on the window that wouldn't close properly. Even though the Towers are fairly new, the shower head leaked from the top and a piece of crown molding was missing in the bathroom. I think next time, I will probably stay in the regular PH rooms, which are bigger, although they don't have the mini fridge!

This is a hotel that I would stay at again. Not because it was so great but instead because it was not that bad. My fiance and I stayed here for 4 days and 4 nights. PH is in the middle of the strip so we loved the location. The service and the friendliness was not extraordinary but it was fine. We stayed in the HIP room with a view. The view was good and the room was good. Not dirty not luxurious. Just a room. The food at Planet dailies was good. (Try the Ruben). The food at the Spice Market Buffet was not so great. Not really into gambling so I cannot comment on that. There are however half naked women dancing on tables in the casino at night. But it's Vegas so hey. There is a $50 a night fee and $14 for internet per item (iPod, iPad, laptop, etc.). However, the fee can be used toward the restaurants and shows affiliated with the Harrah's hotels. At the time that we went there were no good shows or events playing at the PH or its sister hotels. Which is not a big deal I suppose. If I sound a little dry about this hotel, that's because I am. This was not a bad experience but it could have been better. I will try out perhaps the Bellagio or the Wynn next time I visit Vegas. Which will be soon. Just a tip: Once I got off the plane outside their are shuttles waiting to take guests to their hotels. It was $6 per person . So you do not have to worry about paying for the shuttle when you book your flight. When leaving Vegas be sure to allow enough time between your checkout and your shuttle pick up time so that you won't be late while the driver picks up at other hotels. Bags can be held at the hotel after checkout for free. They work for tips.

For the first time going to Vegas I cant complain or compare to other hotels so ill just say it was average. For my age group you spend most of the time out of the room anyways so it doesnt matter. The best feature was probably the mall
