We loved the beautiful & spacious room. Plenty of closet space, lots of drawer space, the bedding was very nice & plenty of pillows, the mattress was very comfortable. The bathroom had a beautiful tub & a separate walk in shower so that we could bathe at the same time. There is a Starbucks coffee shop in the casino so if we wanted coffee any time of day it was available. Loved the Buffet & we purchased the all day meal ticket that we could use at some of the different properties also when we walked to see other casinos.

Everything associated with my stay at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas was first class. My only complaint would be that I was required to pay a rediculous fee for the news paper that was delivered to my door each day. This fee was charged even tho I requested no paper be delivered as I would not be reading it anyway. It was later explained to me that the paper was part of the package you get when ask for internet service. The room, the staff and the restaraunts were all fantastic. I would likely choose the same hotel for future visits.

Planet Hollywood is in a great location and the beds were nice and the room was some what clean. My only issues was I booked three rooms that I specifically wanted all next to each other. I was throwing a Bachelorette party and wanted all of us next to each other to get ready. I called twice to confirm that the rooms be next to each other and they assured me that there was already a note on my reservation saying "make sure the rooms were together". When I arrived however they had the rooms scattered. The front desk said "there was nothing he could do about it do I want to stay here or go somewhere else" and said "that there was no way I could have requested that all the rooms be together". He treated me like I was lying, which really upset me, also he knew that it was a busy weekend and there was no where else I could go. Anyways after a long discussion with management I got two of my rooms together and the third was far away. Not overly happy with the service.
