The ice machine did not work. The maids completely did not clean our room. We got our own towels and toilet paper from a cart in the hallway. The rooms were a joke. They were so tiny and there was no room to put suitcases. The suitcases lying on the floor made it feel nearly claustrophobic. Through out all this, the staff seemed apathetic and uncaring to our needs, even though we stated them politely and calmly. I would choose another hotel to stay at other than this one if you want to be treated like a guest at a hotel instead of a nuisance or an afterthought.

This hotel barely meets the standard of a youth hostel - the rooms, walls, carpets and entire outfits need some serious work. Worst of all, one of my bags with personal items got removed by the maids (obviously, they trashed it) - although I complained to the management, they provided neither an apology nor a reimbursement. Only positive feature is the location on Collins Avenue - but the hotel itself is barely safe ....

The hallways smell. It is generous to call the walls paper -- even paper would seem to block more sound. The lobby is nice; nothing else is. Nothing. Very dirty and old place. This is not good for anyone.

this hotel was very bad in service, missing towels, toilet paper, load music until very late...rules changed daily. Pool area bad local, cant see beach. Air cond did not work, shower did not work. Workers decorated room while we were out. Very strange hotel, with bad management. Do not stay here.
