Stayed here for a few days and was very pleased. Originally we had booked an executive double room which was one of the newly renovated rooms. Asked to switch to an older room so my fiance could have a bathtub. My request was met and exceeded. Room was extremely clean as well as the bathroom. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I would recommend the Novotel to anyone.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is very nice. clean, quiet and comfortable. We chose it for the close access to the underground. Breakfast was not included but there were nice places nearby. There were also nice neighborhood pub type places for lunch or dinner within a couple hundred feet.

Hotel has a very nice buffet breakfast. Room was small but clean. The hotel has more of a business clientele and not geared towards family. Biggest drawback is no free wi-fi. Cost for wi-fi is much too high.

This hotel was in a great location just down from the St. Pancras rail station in London. It was a nice hotel but somehow they did not have a non-smoking room available for us. It was terribly smoky in our room and they did have someone come up and spray it for us. Other than the bad smoke smell it was a good value and a nice hotel. If I stay there again I will be SURE to get a non-smoking room.

This was a nice, clean, modern hotel close to King's Cross/St. Pancras Rail Stations. We would stay there again but be sure to request non-smoking if that is important to you. We could only get a smoking room when we arrived and it was quite smelly. The hotel kindly offered to have someone come and spray the room which was a help.
