An ideal location for a trip to Paris, enough local eateries to keep you fed all day if you want to wander locally. An amazing view of the eiffel tower right outside the front door. All staff speaks very good english and included breakfast is a nice touch.

Very satisfied w/ our stay at this hotel. If I were to go back to Paris I would stay at this hotel again. The front desk staff were very helpful. Dominique, she was very accommodating & when we asked for directions to go anywhere she was very precise and detailed as to which metro line we needed to take & where we needed to get off. She really took the time to help us out & we appreciated that. I rated the bed comfort 3 stars we were in a quad room & I slept on the bed where it's hidden in a closet it could have been more comfortable. But that did'nt matter because when we opened our window & looked out to the left we can see the eiffel!!!

The Elysees Union Hotel is in a quiet district right between the Arc d' Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Both are within walking distance or a couple train stops away. The neighborhood is quiet, the staff friendly and the continental breakfast is a great way to keep costs under control. The hotel is a little frayed around the edges but all of the other positives outweigh this. Wifi is not free but not terribly expensive if you use it frugaly.

This hotel was perfect for exploring using the metro and the hop on-hop off buses. Our room was tiny but had windows that opened to a view of the Eiffle tower. We would pick a more eclectic neighborhood for our next trip. The hotel advertises AC but our room did not have cooling. Not a big deal in September but would be an issue mid-summer. Overall, we had a nice stay.
