My only complaint was noise! I had rooms 301&302 and both rooms had window ac units in the windows, but its winter now, and there were large gaps where the windows were open, and a lot of noise coming from there. Also both rooms had to deal with a clanking radiator all night.

Staying in New York can be expensive and typically rooms are very small. There were 6 of us women on a weekend away and we were able to stay in one room, with 3 double beds, 2 separate sleeping areas with televisions, which was great and saved us money. With only one bathroom, it was a little slow for 6 women, but that's to be expected. The staff was wonderful at the front desk, always asking if we needed recommendations for dinner and offering discounts at participating restaurants. It was a $20-25 cab ride to Times Square, and the hotel provided a vehicle big enough for all of us rather than a $20/piece cab service. The metro / train was close by as an option as well. They even referred us to a nearby parking garage for $20/night rather than pay the $40/night at the hotel!
