I stayed at the hotel for nearly 50 nights. The entire time I never saw any dissatisfied customers or once myself felt like another number. I regularly forgot my room key and everytime in the most polite way they would give me another. The breakfast was delicious and the employees are all EXTREMELY polite and willing. I was pleasantly surprised to recieve this treatment and would without a doubt stay here again.

I have done 3 international meetings in the past 2 years so far in the Intercontinental at Doral Miami and I will definitively keep using this Hotel for our meetings. I have had people coming from all over Latin America and the US and all the reviews in our post event surveys have rated this Hotel 5 stars. The staff has been amazing in helping with everything, the food is always superb and the rooms are so comfortable and clean that I have never had a doubt this is the Hotel best suited for the high scale events we organize at the company I work for. I highly recommend it to anybody that wants to have a worry free event knowing the staff will help in anything to make the experience truly enjoyable for everybody, organizers and attendees. 5 stars!!!

Good hotel, but far from the action ...
04/13/2011The hotel is great value for money, clean, easy parking, and friendly staff. the only disadvantage is that it is not within walking distance to any of the key attractions.

02/08/2011This is a great location, close to malls, and other attractions. as far as service and amenities were concerned, this was truly a five star experience!

Parking in front of the hotel was limited, however as soon as you go inside it is so beautiful you forget about the long walk inside. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and willing to do anything to ensure your stay is great. The room was nice, homey, tv was hard to figure out how to find channels you didn't have to pay for. Bed was huge and extremely comfortable.
